Membership:
Membership is free with a major credit card and picture ID. Without a major credit card, we require a Hawaii or military ID and an annual fee of $10.
After-Hours Drop:
An after-hours drop is available to return rentals after closing. However, rentals returned after midnight following the due date will be considered late!
Late Charges:
Late fees must be paid at the time the rentals are returned. There are no additional charges for having your movies late, the rentals acually renew themselves i.e. 5 days 4 nights Rentals will be another 5 days 4 nights at the same rate ($2.86 per rental).
Returned Purchases:
No cash refunds. Exchanges for defective tapes will be made for the same title only and must be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Defective Rentals:
If you experience trouble with a rental, please adjust the tracking on your VCR. A videocassette head cleaner should be used regularly. If you still have a problem, stop the tape at the point of the problem and return it to the store for credit.
Reservations:
Reservations can be made only for the current day and cannot be guaranteed.
Returned Checks:
We no longer accept checks.
